Cognifi-AI is an educational and reflective tool designed to help individuals observe their symptom patterns over time. It does not diagnose medical conditions or offer medical treatment.

All information on this site, including any insights generated, is for personal reflection only. Please consult a licensed medical professional for medical advice or emergencies.

We collect only the information needed to help you track patterns and contribute to anonymized community insights:

• Symptoms you log (e.g., dizziness, palpitations, fatigue)
• Severity ratings
• Context (posture, activity level, time of day)
• Optional vitals you enter (heart rate, blood pressure)
• Optional demographic ranges (age range, gender, ethnicity — all optional)
• Whether you allow anonymized sharing

We do not track you across the internet, and we do not collect unnecessary personal identifiers. Accounts require only a first name, username and email.

All entries you submit are stored securely in a dedicated database on this server. Only authorized administrators from the Responsible Innovation Lab have access.

We never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties. Data is encrypted during transmission and securely stored.

Your entries may be used in:

• Your personal reflection (if logged in)
• Anonymized community reports on the Public Insights page
• Aggregated symptom trends (never linked to you personally)

Your data is only included in public insights if you opt in by selecting “OK to share anonymously.”

• Right to Access: Request your stored entries at any time.
• Right to Deletion: Request permanent deletion of your symptom history.
• Right to Opt Out: Choose not to share anonymized data publicly.
• Right to Correct: Update account information as needed.

Cognifi-AI uses only essential cookies required for:

• Login sessions
• Secure form submissions
• Basic site functionality

We do not use advertising tools, trackers, or third-party analytics.
